Blending Tanks

Tanks fabricated from the highest grade stainless-steel and passivated TIG welding used to stir, mix, blend, and homogenize materials. Design and configuration according to the requirements of your production process

• 2mm external layer and jacket
• 4mm inner layer
• Insulation thickness: 50mm (PU)
• Glycol cooling jacket on bottom and side of tank
• Leakage tested by pressured gas/water for tank and jacket
• Exterior #4 surface outer cladding; mirror polish
• Interior finish pickled and passivated
