Description
The main materials are mixed with gas or additives through the mixer, and then pass through static mixing and depressurisation pipelines before flowing back to the storage tank.
The flow rate of the main materials during the process is controlled by preset parameters of PLC.
Automatically and online, specific gases (02/C02/N2/AIR) are added to the mash or beer (the main material flow rate is automatically controlled, and the gas flow rate is standardly manually controlled).
There are pressure reducing valves, sterile filters, float flow meters, flow sensors (optional), pneumatic and manual valves designed for the gas lines.
Automatically and online, various additives are quantitatively added to the liquid, and the additive flow rate can be controlled according to preset parameters of PLC.
